What types of cars are provided?
Our fleet includes a range of cars to choose from. We have Sedan cars like Toyota Etios and Maruti Swift Dzire, MUV/SUVs like Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner and Toyota Crysta, and Vans like Tempo Traveller, Mini Coach (Seating – 21+ 1) and Large Coach (Seating – 41 + 1). All our vehicles are well maintained and are driven by the professionals only.
Can you guarantee the pickup time?
We have very strict delivery criteria which makes us the best car rental company in India. We assure you a timely pickup as we value your time. We provide you contact details of the driver on duty well in advance and you can contact him to make sure a smooth communication and pick up process.
How are the various toll and parking fees calculated?
As our packages are inclusive of toll tax, parking charges and state taxes, you do not need to take the hassle of calculating these.
What are the payment methods available to me?
You can confirm a booking by making online payment through Debit/Credit Card/net banking.
How are the rates calculated?
Outstation travel rates starts at 12:00am. After midnight, an extra day is added to the trip charge. Local travel rates are based on the type of car you are hiring. Contact our team for more details on the charges.
Can I cancel a booking made?
Once a booking is confirmed and it gets registered in our system, we assign a cab with a driver to you. In case you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you can call us at +91 9414055932 or drop an email at [email protected].
In case you cancel the booking more than 48 hours before the pick-up time, no penalty will be charged.
In case the cancellation happens 24-48 hours before the pick-up time, we deduct 50% of the advance deposited and refund the rest.
In case the cancellation happens 0-24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% of the advance deposit will be charged and nothing will be refunded.
